**NOTICE: Due to worldwide events, UPS, FedEx, and USPS have suspended all service guarantees. They are not guaranteeing any delivery dates nor are they refunding for late deliveries. All dates and times are only estimates. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY when placing orders.

Your pieces are specially made to order and will ship 4-6 weeks after purchase (sooner whenever possible).  If you require something sooner please visit our READY TO SHIP Collection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

-Items valued under $400 will ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail.

-Items valued at $400 and above will ship FREE through a Private Insurer via UPS 2-3 Day and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. Carriers can deliver to either a business or residential address, but not a PO Box.  Occasionally an alternate carrier may be used, per insurer instruction.

-We’re happy to accommodate upgrades to overnight shipping when we can; upgrade fees apply. Please contact us at hello@NIXINjewelry.com to provide the details of your request and deadline.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

-Rates will vary based on the value of the item ordered and the destination country.

-Items valued under $400 will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

-Items valued at $400 and above will ship through a Private Insurer via FedEx International and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. Carriers can deliver to either a business or residential address, but not a PO Box.  Occasionally an alternate carrier may be used, per insurer instruction.

-Please note that if you have placed an order with a shipping destination outside of the United States, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country; covering all related duties, taxes, brokerage or other customs related fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the client’s responsibility to pay and rates will vary by country. For more specific information, please contact your local customs office.

-Clients are responsible for responding to customs and shipping agents and taking the necessary actions to retrieve their packages. Should a Client refuse or abandon a NIXIN Jewelry package, they are still responsible for the shipping fees, return fees, and any import fees incurred.

*IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC

-Any packages left unclaimed and or returned to NIXIN Jewelry will not be reshipped or refunded unless all incurred fees are settled.

-Clients are responsible for providing an accurate/complete address for delivery. Lost packages due to errant or incomplete addresses provided are not covered by insurance or NIXIN Jewelry.

-NIXIN Jewelry does not provide a guarantee of courier commitment times. 

-*FRANCE: Please note that France has begun enforcing its customs regulation requiring that the importer (customer) provide their own customs broker to clear packages through customs.  If ordering from France, you must provide your own customs broker in order to receive your package.

-*GERMANY: Due to new governmental regulations, we are unable to ship to Germany at this time.

-*Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.  In the event your order is damaged, contact us without delay and retain ALL packaging that your order arrived in.  These steps are required by the insurer in the event a claim is needed. Each incident is handled on a case by case basis.
